Urbane Times x Prabal Gurung

A few weeks ago, we had the amazing opportunity to meet fashion darling Prabal Gurung, at the recently opened boutique Atrium which is inside high end bridal boutique Casa de Novia.

We were total fangirls and were giggly and nervous the whole time, but managed to talk to him about what he thought about Houston fashion (A style that can go anywhere. He also said he was impressed!) and what's next for his collection (he doesn't like to talk about his inspiration until the show). He was incredibly humbled by our love for him and we were honored to meet this star of American fashion.

Atrium Opens with personal appearance by Prabal Gurung

Luvi Wheelock of Casa de Novia (a bridal couture boutique) has just opened a new Parisian inspired boutique called Atrium. To celebrate the opening of the store, designer Prabal Gurung will be making a personal appearance.

Here's a couple of looks from the designer's recent Fall 2011 collection that will be on display at Atrium.

Chanel Iman's New Boutique!

Here at Urbane Times, we love Chanel Iman. We love her exotic looks and her ability to morph into any look that needs to be conveyed. But now she's venturing into the retail world with her new store called The Red Bag Boutique. The boutique features gently worn designer pieces, as well as the usual vintage fare.
