I don't know if its just me, or maybe its the fall season, but EVERYONE is wearing black. I think we've always loved black, but it seems that these days, designers and clothing lines are coming up with different ways to wear black. In other words, black is the new black. And I can't help but think of Jay - Z in 'Run This Town' when he says, "All black everything/black cars, black cards, all black everything".

Below are a couple of my 'All Black Everything' picks to keep you chic til the spring.

I love this jacket. It has little details on the shoulders and can be edgy or classic depending on what you pair it with. I would dress this down with a basic white vneck tee and skinny jeans with some platform heels.

DESIGNER PURSE OF THE MONTH

MIU MIU

I'm obsessed with purses and have been for a long time. At one point I owned over 30! It was kinda crazy.
I've always wanted a Miu Miu purse and I will own one, just need to get a "REAL" job first. lol.

Miu Miu is one of my favorite purse brands, not only because of the great quality of the purses, but because of the simplicity. You can wear a Miu Miu purse to the store during the day, then to a cocktail party that night.

ART OF THE TRENCH

Blogs are really talking over! Burberry is doing it now!

Burberry has a new website called TheArtoftheTrench.com. This trench coat project, by Scott Schuman, consists of hundreds photos taking from all over the world of men, women, children, etc in their Burberry coats of all styles and colors. You can click on a picture and hit a button if u like the look and also a button for you to comment.

Very cool idea to bring the trench coat back to life : )

Happy Olsenween!

Sorry for the cheesy title, but Jasmine and I decided to be the people who provide us with great style inspiration all the time: Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen!When I was creating my costume, I didn't really look up a lot of pictures (to be honest) for Mary Kate because I pretty much know how she dresses after years of study!

It was really fun to be Mary Kate because I got to dress up and pile on tons of jewelry! Plus, Jasmine made these AMAZING fake cigarettes out of pencils. They looked so real that some man asked us if we could spare one! hahaha.
